Pauline Leale, Managing Partner
Dubai Luxury Homes was the brainchild of Pauline back in 2003, having recognized the need for a Dubai based real estate agency offering a high level of service, particularly to non-residents and expatriates interested in UAE property. She went into partnership with Helen in 2004 and together they incorporated Luxury Homes LLC, which has since developed into one of the most respected agencies in the UAE. She spent 15 years in the financial services industry largely involved in commercial property transactions, where she also managed a large team of staff. Pauline's is very proud that the company is not only the agent of choice with clients but also employer of choice.

Helen Tatham, Managing Partner
Helen went into partnership with Pauline in 2004 and is one of the founding partners of Luxury Homes LLC. She has been involved in the Dubai Property market since freehold ownership was offered to non nationals in 2003. Having experienced a thriving marketplace and seen the reputation of the company evolve over the last 2 years, her enthusiasm for the UAE as a region is clearly conveyed to buyers and developers alike. Helen worked in real estate in the UK for 5 years previous, managing a large portfolio of property and prior to that for a Financial Public Relations company in London for 7 years.

Mark Leale, Marketing Director
Mark has been based in Dubai since 2002. He has been involved in international sales and marketing for 14 years and prior to joining the real estate industry Mark worked for a large multi-national financial services company. Mark's approach to marketing has ensured that the company features highly in the minds of international investors and he continues to search out new ways in which to increase the profile of the company and its services.

Bill Tatham, Non Executive Director
Bill is Managing Director of two boutique sister fund management groups, Frontier Capital (Bermuda) Ltd and Alpinvesta Asset Management S.A. He has worked in the offshore wealth management market for 15 years, focusing on the design, incorporation, and marketing of sophisticated offshore investment. Bill has lived and worked outside of the UK for most of the past 15 years. He assists the company with business development and aids our clients wanting to establish investment vehicles for their investment into the region's property market.

Paul Sharland, Sales Development Director
Paul worked as an FX Broker in the City of London for the first 9 years of his working life before moving to Spain with his family to set up his own real estate company. He had 4 successful years there before seeing the potential opportunities in Dubai. With his family Paul moved to Dubai and has enjoyed a fantastic working and social life since. Paul prides himself on his honest and totally transparent work ethic.

Saboohi Khan, Associate Director
Saboohi is an experienced member of the team. She has extensive experience in Corporate Marketing, Finance and UK Real Estate. Saboohi has been involved in Dubai Real Estate Market since the freehold law was granted, giving her in depth knowledge of the market, its growth to date and future potential.

Steven Leckie, Associate Director
Steven has been happily settled in Dubai since 2003 after working for over 20 years selling prestige cars to a demanding clientele in Central London and now contributes to the success of Luxury Homes by drawing on his wealth of sales experience whilst providing exceptional levels of personal service to all his clients.

Linda Muldoon, Associate Director
Linda has been based in Dubai since 2004. Following her graduation in Business and Marketing, Linda worked for a multi-national retail company in the UK for 18 years managing large teams of people in sales and customer service. Since joining the real estate industry 2 years ago Linda has gained much experience and knowledge in the Dubai market. She is honest and provides sound advice and assistance to our potential investors.

Eleanor Starr - Associate Director
Eleanor successfully ran her own business for 7 years before relocating to Dubai in September 2005. Eleanor has a sales and marketing background within the recruitment and travel industry. She is a qualified Dubai Expert accredited from the Government of Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing.

Emma Westmacott - Associate Director
Having a BA (Hons) in French and Business, Emma had a successful career in management and customer relations roles within the Aviation Industry before joining Luxury Homes.

Jane Matthews, Director Property Management
Jane has over 10 years experience in sales and managing her own portfolio of UK properties. In addition to caring for our clients' requirements in property management Jane also plays a key role in the rentals and furnishing of properties. Her expanding knowledge of the local real estate market has also meant that Jane is also involved in advising some clients with their purchase requirements.
