Situated in the first phase of Dubai Marina comprises of six towers, three of which are named after precious stones, namely;

  1. Murjan - 37 storeys
  2. Al Mass - 28 storeys
  3. Fairooz - 20 storeys

The other three are named after Arabic scents;

  1. Mesk - 37 storeys
  2. Al Yass - 24 storeys
  3. Anbar - 16 storeys

These were the first towers which launched Emaar onto the Dubai property market.
