The last few months since our last newsletter have seen some exciting new property launches into the market and also some notable successes for the company, bringing our award total to 4 for 2006, with a short listed entry for Outstanding Customer Service at the recent Lloyds TSB Small Business Awards.

We have also been working hard on installing a state-of-the-art customer relationship management system to allow us to provide even higher levels of customer service.

Freehold properties in Jumeirah
We are pleased to anounce that for the first time freehold properties are available in Jumeirah. A range of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments have been launched within the Acacia Avenues project, many commanding views over the sea and Palm Jumeirah. These apartments are being launched officially at Cityscape in Dubai on 4th December.
