2007 Homes Overseas Awards

Homes Overseas magazine has been the UK's leading international property title for over 40 years.

The 2007 Homes Overseas Awards were sponsored by Barclays and the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP). Barclays is leading UK provider in the overseas mortgage market and the AIPP is the trade body concerned with improving standards within our respective industry.

As Homes Overseas magazine guides prospective buyers through the ever-growing maze of overseas property information, so a Homes Overseas Awards is a recognised seal of approval for buyers seeking investments that offer them peace of mind. With this in mind, the 2007 Awards has been expanded to include more of the destinations currently attracting interest from the British market. With no fewer than 30 destination-specific categories, this year's awards will be bigger than ever, acknowledging the truly global nature of the overseas property market.

There were 42 categories in all, including awards for international estate agents and public relations companies. Award winners came from 18 different countries. Barbados, Belize, Botswana, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Dubai, France, Italy, Jamaica, Martinique, Oman, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Thailand, Turkey and the United States of America.

This year Dubai Luxury Homes entered the Homes Overseas Awards for the 3rd year in concession and were awarded with their most prestigious accolade yet, Best Estate Agency U.A.E. The judging panel was made up of respected professionals from across the industry, including architects, surveyors and renowned property journalists. The award represents the outstanding professional, comprehensive property advice that Dubai Luxury Homes strive to achieve on a day to day basis.
