To register your property on our books, speak with our rentals department. They will ask you for confirmation that you are the actual owner of the property or authorized to act on their behalf. It is often quite useful to view the first page of your purchase contract and completion certificate in order to verify these details and the registered address of the property.
Deciding on how much to charge
When placing your property on the rental market you must first decide on the amount that you are willing to accept. The price will be dictated by a number of factors including size, location, facilities, landscaping and furniture included. Remember that placing your property on the market at the high end of the price range may mean that it remains empty for a time, while lowering the price slightly could secure you an immediate tenant.
