Handover Service
For those property owners not living locally or for those who would like the hassle of scheduling meetings with developers removed, we offer a Handover Service. We will arrange a suitable time and location, either on site or at their office, to finalise the Handover of a property and the collection of keys.
In order for this service to proceed as smoothly as possible, we ask all clients to note that any final payments on their properties must be paid and cleared with the developer prior to the day of handover. This includes any maintenance or other scheduled charges.

Quality Assurance Inspection and Report
Designed for those absent owners, and for those who want a trained professional to ensure the risk of a defect on the property being overlooked is minimized, we offer a snagging service.
Upon completion of the property we will conduct a thorough Quality Assurance Inspection and ensure the quality of workmanship, fittings and fixtures (where applicable furnishings) are as per the agreed contract.
Any defects found on the property will be meticulously recorded and photographed, then presented to the owner and the relevant developer in a full colour report. This report will highlight any and all items to be rectified by the developer.
Upon notification from the developer that the relevant maintenance or restoration work has been completed, a follow up inspection will be conducted.
